Consulting

Selective consulting for families and young adults.

I work with a limited number of families and young adults because this work is highly individualized.

It begins with connection. I take time to understand what daily life actually looks like for each person and for the family as a whole.

My years as an educator taught me how important it is to understand the individual before creating a plan. From there, I build routines and structure around each person's needs, strengths, and everyday life. The goal is support that feels practical, personal, and realistic for each client.

How It Works

Built around real life.

The work may involve routines, executive functioning, communication, transitions, organization, or the structure around everyday responsibilities.

I will create individualized plans and will stay involved while they are being put into practice. Support can be hands-on, particularly while a family or young adult is learning a new way of doing something.

The larger picture plays a key role. Sleep, food, movement, and other parts of daily life will affect how someone feels and functions.

The goal is not to hand someone another strategy. It is to help build a daily routine they can actually use.

Getting Started

First, we see if it is a fit.

Consulting begins with an inquiry and an intake conversation.

I want to understand what brought the person or family to me, what they hope will change, and what life looks like now.

They should also have the opportunity to understand my approach and decide whether it feels right for them.

If the fit is right, the work is built from there.
